By creating an account, connecting a digital wallet, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
2. User Accounts & Wallets
To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account and connect a compatible digital wallet (e.g., MetaMask). You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials and your digital wallet. Any activity originating from your account or wallet will be considered to have been authorized by you.
3. The Services
The Liquid Ledger provides a platform for the tokenization of whiskey casks into non-fungible tokens ("NFTs"). These NFTs represent a legal claim to ownership of a specific, physical whiskey cask. The Services allow users to buy, sell, and trade these NFTs. All transactions are recorded on a public blockchain.

You acknowledge that investing in whiskey casks and NFTs involves significant risk. The value of such assets can be volatile and may decrease as well as increase. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Liquid Ledger does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any information provided through the Services, including through our AI-powered tools, is for informational purposes only. You should conduct your own research and consult with a qualified professional before making any investment decisions.

All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Liquid Ledger or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Services without our prior written permission.
